North Star Child Development Center is sharing an update following the conclusion of an investigation involving our former Executive Director.
The findings identified financial misconduct, and appropriate corrective action has been taken in line with our governance and legal responsibilities. Our Board remains actively engaged in strengthening oversight and compliance.
Our focus continues to be on the children and families we serve. Services remain uninterrupted, and we are committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and accountability.

North Star Child Development Center is a 501c3 non profit organization. Since 2006, our mission is to help children of all abilities achieve their maximum potential by using research based educational programs to address difficulties with Behavioral management, language, social play, self help & academic skills in an inclusive setting!

Preschool Program
Our peer preschool program prepares all children ages 3 through 6 years old for Kindergarten. Our highly trained teachers create engaging curriculum that teachers math, science, handwriting, social skills, emotional skills, cognitive skills, fine and gross motor skills and social skills through sensory rich play based activities.

Disability Services
We provide Behavioral Intervention Services and Community Based Supports for children ages 3 through 21 years old.
Our campus includes an inclusive preschool program for children ages 3 through 6 years old where children in our program may attend, along with their highly trained therapists. Our campus is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am -5:30pm.
